  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the Return Merchandise Authorization number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping the tracking number and shipping receipt until your refund has been processed.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a shipping carrier that provides tracking and insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
